Six Gachon University graduates passed the 14th Bar Examination announced on the 24th. Theyare Jeon Se-cheol (Class of ’13), Lim Ye-won (’15), Jang Ho-won (’14), Kim Young-jae (’17), and Yoon Ye-rim (’16) from the Department of Law, and Lee Soo-min (’16) from the Department of Social Welfare.
A total of 3,336 people took the bar exam this year, and 1,744 candidates who scored 880.1 points or higher passed, resulting in a pass rate of 52.28%.
The first-time pass rate for those who obtained a master’s degree from law school this year (14th class) was 74.78%, and the pass rate compared to the law school enrollment quota reached 87.2%. Additionally, the final cumulative pass rate for test takers who used all their five attempts within five years after graduation was 88.29%.
